A charitable organization in the UK is seeking a Data Analyst to compile and transform workforce data into actionable insights that will aid strategic decision-making. The role requires a degree qualification, proficiency in data analysis tools such as Power BI and Excel, and excellent communication skills. Alongside an incredible team of like-minded peers, you’ll be working behind-the-scenes to support our staff, volunteers, families, and supporters. You will be helping our work happen across the charity; enabling us to care for and champion the rights, needs and ambitions of the people we support.
To compile and transform Together Trust’s workforce data into actionable insights that shape strategic decision-making and support smooth functioning of internal workforce systems.
Hours: 37.5
Contract: Fixed Term (13 months)
Location: Hybrid (Cheadle/Remote)
Salary: £34,653 - £38,388
