Role Overview

We are seeking a Solution Architect to design and deliver scalable cloud-based solutions, ensuring alignment with enterprise architecture and business strategy. The role involves working with engineering, product, and architecture teams to deliver secure, efficient, and future-ready technology in an Agile environment.

Responsibilities & Experience

• Extensive experience in solution architecture within enterprise environments.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure and cloud-design patterns.
• Background in ERP/Finance/HR systems (e.g., Workday) and enterprise integrations.
• Ability to shape and govern solution designs, ensuring traceability and alignment with standards.
• Prior experience collaborating with onshore/offshore teams, ensuring architectural consistency.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and DevOps practices.
• Strong communication skills, able to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Degree educated (or equivalent) with professional certification.
