A leading consultancy firm is searching for a Workday Reporting Consultant to help clients maximize their Workday reporting capabilities. The role requires strong experience in Workday report writing and Prism Analytics, excellent communication skills, and the ability to create and interpret complex reports. We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Consultant with strong Prism expertise to join our team and help our clients maximize their use of Workday's advanced reporting and analytics capabilities. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience developing custom reports using Workday Report Writer, including advanced, matrix, and composite reports, and will be confident working directly with stakeholders to translate business needs into meaningful insights. Only experienced Workday professionals with advanced reporting skills should apply.

As a member of the VR team, you will have the flexibility to manage your day, as long as you meet your set objectives and client demands. Often your team will be a mix of on-site and remote-based members who connect using IM, video calls and an online ticketing system. Good communication skills and time management are essential for this role.
Our roles are remotely based (even pre-Covid), meaning you will be working from your home office, connecting with your client and team on a daily basis.
To be successful in this type of environment, you will need to have the ability to communicate effectively (in English) with cross-functional teams, explain complex concepts in easy, understandable terms, align HR / business knowledge with Workday functionality, and proactively drive process improvements. You will need to be comfortable with video calls and be proactive in keeping communication channels open with your client and team.
