CE Global Partners, a leading payroll outsourcing specialist, is seeking a Workday Payroll Manager to support clients with UK Payroll.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.
• Maintain compliance with all payroll and tax laws.
• Manage relationships with external payroll vendors, employees, and benefit providers.
• Oversee system upgrades, implementations, and technology selection.
• Manage client relationships up to CHRO and HR Director levels.
• Handle commission and bonus calculations.
• Provide advice on technical payroll requirements, including benefits and statutory payments.
• Assist the Finance team with payroll reporting.
• Collaborate with HR to resolve queries promptly.
• Manage payroll governance and variance control.
• Implement new payroll controls and governance measures.
• Upskill payroll administrators to maximize system and team efficiency.

Experience with the Workday Payroll module is essential.
