Job description

You'll join our Leakage team, acting as the first point of contact for reactive leakage work. Your role ensures all incoming jobs are prioritised correctly and contain the necessary details before being passed to schedulers. You'll help maintain water service quality and speed by acting as a quality gatekeeper and feedback loop between customer service and field teams.

Responsibilities
  • Reviewing and triaging all incoming work orders
  • Ensuring leakage jobs are prioritised and complete with required details
  • Using video calls (Techsee) to validate high-priority issues with customers
  • Providing constructive feedback to improve job quality and customer experience
  • Collaborating with schedulers, inspectors, and the network team
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Additional Requirements: This role may involve participation in incident support rotas, as discussed during the interview process. Technical awareness, ideally with experience in water industry or utilities
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent customer communication skills

Desirable
