Overview

This is a full-time, Monday to Friday (9-5) outreach role, working in the community and typically covering 1-2 boroughs. Most of your time will be spent face-to-face with clients and partners, with the possibility of occasional home working days.

What you\'ll be doing

• Manage a caseload of clients with health and employment needs.
• Deliver coaching and practical employment support (CVs, interviews, job search).
• Advocate for clients with employers to resolve workplace issues.
• Build partnerships with clinicians, GPs, and referral agencies.
