As a Work & Health Support Coach, you’ll help clients overcome health challenges that affect their work. This is a full-time, Monday to Friday (9–5) outreach role, working in the community and typically covering 1–2 boroughs. Most of your time will be spent face-to-face with clients and partners. There may be the odd home working day, but this is not fixed.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Manage a caseload of clients with health and employment needs.
  • Deliver coaching and practical employment support (CVs, interviews, job search).
  • Advocate for clients with employers to resolve workplace issues.
  • Build partnerships with clinicians, GPs, and referral agencies.

We’re looking for:

  • Experience managing caseloads with health or employment needs.
  • Ability to motivate and coach people into sustainable jobs.
  • Strong partnership skills with clinicians, employers, and referral agencies.
  • Experience in a challenging role supporting vulnerable clients to achieve goals, while working to performance targets yourself and managing your own wellbeing.
  • Your experience should show that you’ve achieved and sustained targets in a role over time.
