  • Drive continuous improvement in systems, processes and compliance, aligning with the Apprenticeship Journey and the WBL Directorate quality framework.
  • Conduct regular audits of WBL system usage to ensure data accuracy and compliance with DfE Funding Rules. Identify gaps, errors, or risks and recommend corrective actions.
  • Line manage staff including conducting one-to-ones, appraisals and personal development plans.
  • Develop and deliver training on systems usage and compliance to new and existing staff.
  • Create and maintain guidance documentation to ensure consistent, compliant processes.
  • Contribute to annual self-assessment and quality improvement planning.
  • Act as a role model and ambassador, building strong internal and external relationships.
