Job Title:Wood Machinery Trainer

Location:Field based– delivering training acrossBristol, Andover, Reading and surrounding area(Flexibility required)

Salary:£28,000 – £30,000 (Depending on skills and experience)

Type:Full Time, Permanent

Essential Criteria
  • Must hold solid occupational experience as a Wood Machinist.
  • Ideally have experience of CNC router operation and programming, though this is not essential.
  • Confident and аэр comfortable to deliver theory and practical based sessions to learners.
  • Must bePERSON IT Literate.
  • Experience of delivering on-the-job training to colleagues is highly desirable.
  • Full, clean UK driving licence and access to own vehicle.
  • Must be flexible with travel, and overnight stays as required.
Duties include
  • Deliver training sessions to learners working towards Wood Machinery courses, in either their workplace or at our clients training academy.
  • Ensure sessions are motivating,
  • Maintain student records, and evidence of performance.
  • Provide advice and guidance to learners relating to decision making and progression.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learner’s needs.
