Job description
Overview

The Magdalene Group is a well-respected, award-winning, innovative women and girls organisation, established in 1994, providing trauma- and gender-informed services with the violence against women and girls (VAWG) agenda at the heart of all that we do.

To provide gender- and trauma-informed support and care to women housed through the Next Steps Accommodation Project (NSAP), living in the properties provided by Broadland Housing, and experiencing multiple disadvantage, sexual violence, exploitation and coercion. The post-holder will be based within the Doorway Women\'s Service providing tailored support to these women to manage their accommodation and tenancies; working to identify and understand the barriers women face and providing help and support to address these intersecting issues.

Reporting to: Operations Manager

Based at: The Magdalene Group, 61 King Street, Norwich, NR1 1PH, and other organisational premises.

Hours of Work: 30 – 37.5 hours per week.

Salary: £25,500-27,500 per annum fte.

Annual leave: 27 days plus Bank holidays fte
