Post: With Me In Mind Whole School Approach Lead, Band 6

With Me In Mind is a school based mental health service involved in early intervention and prevention of mental health in children and young people. Part of the service offer is to impact on this through a whole school approach to mental health. We are looking for a Whole School Approach Lead in our Doncaster locality.

Responsibilities
  • Work in partnership with RDASH colleagues and with local educational settings to facilitate the development of a whole school approach in each setting, encompassing early intervention and prevention.
  • Audit throughout the year under the framework of Whole School Approach within a Mental Health Support Team to develop a positive culture and ethos.
  • This is not a clinical role but a co-ordinating and delegating role, based on needs analysis. The candidate will have strong skills in auditing, coordinating service delivery and monitoring impact.
  • Work with schools and colleges as part of a mental health support team. The post holder will work autonomously and directly with education settings to co-produce and evaluate the whole school approach interventions.
