A leading electronics manufacturer is seeking a Wiring Harness Build Inspector for a fixed-term role in Abercynon, UK. Qualifications

• Previous experience with wire cable or wire harnessing assembly desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work under supervision of current inspectors.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Position

Wiring Harness Build Inspector – Fixed Term (12 months).

Responsibilities

• Ensure all products in the harness manufacturing area meet specifications and documentation is completed.
• Inspect components and assemblies at all stages of the manufacturing process.
• Check, progress and collate accurate build and inspection records.
• Ensure associated documentation (Batch follower/works order cards) is correct and accurate.
• Alert the Quality team, Inspector, Team Leader, or Production Engineer of ongoing and potential problems (process and workmanship).

Qualifications

• Previous experience with wire cable / wire harnessing assembly desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work under supervision of current inspectors.
• Good communication and attention to detail.

Requirements

• No work‑visa sponsorship – candidates must achieve Baseline Personnel Security Standard Clearance.
• Must hold UK or US citizenship.
• Will undergo pre‑employment and ongoing drug and alcohol testing.
