Overview

Wiring Cell Team Leader - St. Helens
We are seeking a Wiring Cell Team Leader in St. Helens - leading a skilled wiring team, overseeing assembly and wiring of control panels, and ensuring high standards in cost, quality, and on-time delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead a wiring team, reporting to the Production Manager and managing team performance.
• Achieve Cost, Quality and Delivery KPIs for the Wiring Cell Team.
• Ensure wiring hours targets are met, remedials are minimised, and products are delivered on time.
• Allocate work to support the manufacturing programme efficiently.
• Maintain all relevant HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) standards within the wiring cell.
• Implement Continuous Improvement and Lean Manufacturing practices across the cell.
• Liaise with Production, Engineering teams, and other stakeholders to support KPI achievement.
• Participate in assembly and wiring activities alongside the team when required.
