Job Summary

We are looking for passionate, motivated, and inspirational leaders to work within our Operational Leadership Teams in Suffolk. This position provides an exciting opportunity for an experienced individual with strong clinical background in mental health and a good understanding of the challenges of working as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner, Cognitive Behavioural Therapist or Mental Health Practitioner.

Main duties of the job include planning and coordinating interventions for people with common mental health problems wanting to access and receive the treatment offered by our bio-psycho-social service.

We offer a range of psychological, employment and social interventions across Suffolk, including individual and group CBT, Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Couples Therapy for Depression, Counselling for Depression and EMDR.

You will be offered robust supervision and access to the NSFT Leadership Academy, providing opportunities for Coaching, Mentorship and Leadership training.
