  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and assist with general administrative tasks.
  • Maintain accurate records and data entry in spreadsheets.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and escalate complex queries when needed.

About The Role

As a Wellbeing Service Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting our Adult and Child & Young Person (CYP) Wellbeing Services. You’ll be the first point of contact for clients, ensuring they receive a friendly and professional experience throughout their journey with us.

  • Respond to client enquiries via email and phone in a professional manner.
  • Upload referrals and documentation to our patient management system.
