Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience of working face-to-face with service users with a variety of health needs.
• Understanding of multi-disciplinary and multi-agency working.
• Knowledge of evidence-based practice, health promotion, NICE guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with police, probation, courts and legal services.
• Support people navigating the Criminal Justice System.
• Assist access to identified health needs including mental health and social care.
