What you’ll do

At Riverwell Beck, resident wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to create a happy, activeand fulfilling environment for our residents. You’ll work alongside an incredible team who share your passion for making life special for the people in our care.

In this fast-paced role, no two days are the same! You will :

  • Get to know each resident personally, building their life stories into meaningful activities.
  • Plan and deliver a fun and varied calendar of group activities, one-to-one momentsand special events.
  • Motivate and encourage residents to join in with activities that enhance social, emotionaland physical wellbeing.
  • Support residents to maintain strong connections with family, friends, and the local community.
  • Capture the magic by snapping photos of events for newsletters and social media.
