  • Assess learners both on-site and in the workplace.
  • Support learners across apprenticeships, short courses and Skills Bootcamps.
  • Contribute to curriculum planning and development.

The Role

As a Welding Tutor & Assessor, you will:

Who We're Looking For

You may be:

  • An experienced coded welder or fabricator looking to move into teaching (training provided), or
  • A qualified tutor/assessor seeking a stable, rewarding role in a respected training environment.
Essential
  • Strong industry background in welding/fabrication
  • Passion for developing others
  • Good communication and organisational skills
Desirable (but training can be provided)
  • Teaching (PTLLS/AET, DTLLS, Cert Ed)
  • Assessor qualification (TAQA/ A1/ CAVA)
