This temporary-to-permanent role offers long-term stability and excellent working hours, including a three-day weekend every week. Qualifications

• Experience in welding and fabrication, specifically with steel components.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Familiarity with health and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Fabrication and welding of steel components ranging from 2mm to 20mm.
• Producing high-quality butt and fillet welds.
• Operating manual and automated welding equipment.
• Carrying out self-verification and quality checks on completed welds.

Skills

Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator

Ability to weld to a high standard

Strong understanding of engineering and manufacturing processes

Confident reading engineering drawings

Good awareness of health and safety procedures
