Job description

Are you a skilled Welder/Fabricator with a passion for engineering? Our client is looking for someone like you to join their team in Elland. This is a fantastic opportunity to showcase your talents and take your career to new heights!

This is initially a temporary contract, with the view to go permanent with the client, and a great opportunity for a long-term position. Immediate start available.

Duties

• Carry out welding and fabrication tasks, following engineering drawings and specifications.
• Utilise various tools and equipment to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
• Always ensure adherence to health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve project objectives and deliver high-quality results.
• Continuously improve your skills and knowledge to stay up to date with industry developments.

Required Skills/Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Welder/Fabricator.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in various welding techniques (MIG, TIG, MMA) and fabrication methods.
• Must have full UK Driving Licence.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Hours

• Monday to Thursday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
• Early Finish on a Friday

Salary

£14.00 per hour.
