Overview

Welder - Fabricator

£15.44 - £17.30 with holiday pay via umbrella per hour

Austin Banks are working with an engineering business with strong links throughout their industry, providing a range of comprehensive engineering solutions.

Due to extensive growth, they are looking for welder fabricator with medium to heavy bespoke fabrication experience to hit the ground running.

Responsibilities

• MIG welding large structural pieces
• To interpret engineering drawings for parts to be welded
• Carry out dimensional check
• Fillet welds
• BUTT welds
• Ensure tolerances and parameters are met to satisfy quality and output

Experience / Qualifications

• Ideally the candidate will be apprentice trained, or time served equivalent
• Must be experienced in MIG welding, must be able to work from engineering drawings

Salary & Hours

Days 8am - 4:30pm Mon - Thur. Friday 8am - 3:30pm

39-hour week
