Welder – Night Shift – MIG & TIG

We are seeking experienced Night Shift Welders to join a dynamic fabrication team. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity for skilled welders who can work independently and as part of a team.

As a Welder, you’ll be working with mild steel (2–8mm), primarily using MIG welding, with occasional TIG work. You must be able to read engineering drawings and adapt to varied batch sizes—from one-off assemblies to thousands of brackets. Fabrication experience is essential.

• Rate: £14.50/hr for first 39 hours 9 hours at x1.33 uplift
• Annual salary equivalent: £38,400
• Hours: 12-hour night shifts
