Overview

Lookers – Chelmsford Jaguar Land Rover

Hours: Saturday 8am - 5pm with a 30 minute lunch, then Sunday 10am - 2pm. All bank holidays 10am - 2pm.

Pay: £12.21 per hour

Role: Showroom Host (Weekend Receptionist)

We have a fantastic opportunity for a warm, empathetic, and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Showroom Host. As a Showroom Host, you will be our customers' first point of contact and are crucial in providing Lookers a world-class experience. Our reception team, or Showroom Hosts, are passionate about delivering first-class customer experiences and let their warm, friendly personality shine through during each customer interaction. If you enjoy going above and beyond for customers, then this is the right place for you!

You will take pride in maintaining high showroom standards, keeping the space tidy and welcoming. Excellent communication skills will be your strength, and you will demonstrate a confident, assertive, yet approachable and professional manner when dealing with people. Prior experience in a similar role and strong organisation skills with an eye for detail are important.
