Job summary

A leading manufacturing company in Blackburn is seeking a skilled CNC Machinist to operate and program CNC machines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for interpreting technical drawings, ensuring precise production within a batch machining cell. This role requires expertise in setting up and operating CNC machines using various control systems. Competitive pay offers up to £30 per hour for work hours primarily on Fridays and Sundays from 6am to 6pm.

Responsibilities

• Working within a predominantly medium to high batch machining cell.
• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
• Expertly program, set-up, and operate CNC machines using one or more of the specified control systems.
• Choose and prepare the right tools and materials.
