Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience managing Agile projects with a solid grasp of Agile principles and workflows
• Confident working across technical and business teams translating requirements into clear actionable plans
• Skilled at building strong team dynamics, defining roles, setting direction and fostering collaboration to meet deadlines
• Capable of estimating resources and CAPEX needs, setting realistic timelines and driving teams to deliver on schedule
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels
• Ideally brings a working knowledge of software development and CMS migration projects
