Profile

Our client is a leading name within the water treatment industry, providing a mixed range of clients across the UK with the full range of Water treatment / Hygiene duties. They are looking for an organised and experienced Water Treatment Administrator. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate excellent organisational skills, holding experience within the water treatment industry and will have extensive experience in booking in and scheduling works, providing managers with support and general administrative duties.

Experience & Qualifications
  • Ideally come from a water treatment / Hygiene background.
  • Has good organisational skills.
  • Has an administrative background.
  • Has excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Is proficient in using Microsoft Office.
The Role
  • Working from an internal database, entering data, checking information and reports from sites.
  • Providing support to managers with day‑to‑day planning.
  • Scheduling works for engineers.
  • Providing clients with quotes for works waiting to be carried out.
  • Overseeing and helping a small team.
  • Liaising and dealing with clients and customers appropriately.
