Qualifications

• Experience in Civil Infrastructure Engineering.
• Working towards Membership of a chartered body such as APM at MAPM.
• An experienced user of the NEC3-4 suite of contracts (A-C-E must have).
• Valid CSCS card; Water Hygiene Card desirable.

Responsibilities

• Administer NEC3 / 4 contracts from the client side.
• Support budget control and defined cost planning.
• Conduct initial scope planning and feasibility assessments.
• Monitor project progress, cash flow, and expenditure.
