Responsibilities

• Conduct cleans and disinfections on heated and chilled systems.
• Perform tank inspections and showerhead descales.
• Carry out calorifier purging and water sampling.
• Perform temperature monitoring and expansion valve flushing.
• Service TMVs and update site logbooks.

Job Title: Water Hygiene Technician. Location: Leicester, East Midlands. Salary / Benefits £22k – £34k + Training + Benefits. Level of Experience: Monitoring Technician though to Water Hygiene Engineer.

Our client is a privately owned and leading Water Hygiene / Legionella company with long-serving staff and clients. Due to continued growth internally, they are now looking to recruit a Water Hygiene Engineer. Covering contracts across the South and West Midlands, you will be responsible for undertaking the full range of ACoP L8 duties across the company’s varied client base. The company prides itself on the continuous development of their team and can offer regular training plans.

• Experience Legionella Monitoring tasks.
• Always conducting yourself in a professional manner on site.

Working across Commercial, Industrial and Public sector clients, carrying out L8 Compliance duties including

• Cleans and disinfections on both heated and chilled systems.
• Tank Inspections.
• Showerhead descales.
• Calorifier purging.
• Water sampling.
• Temperature monitoring.
• Expansion valve flushing.
• TMV Servicing (Desired)
• Updating site logbooks.
