• Previous experience in a retail or warehouse environment preferred.
• Ability to perform manual handling and heavy lifting up to 25kg.
• Strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Load goods into customers' vehicles and check deliveries.
• Serve customers on the tills while maintaining stock rotation.
• Maintain the warehouse, yard, and compound layout.

Hours of Work: 32 Hours per week, working on a rota basis

What You Will Be Doing

A Warehouse/Yard Assistant isn’t your average retail role. From loading goods into customer’s vehicles and checking deliveries, to working in the office serving customers on the tills, you’ll play an important part in the successful operation of the store. You’ll also be checking stock rotation and maintaining the Warehouse/yard and compound layout. Come rain or shine, this position keeps moving and if you take pride in what you do, our customers will notice and will love us all the more for it.

Please note, due to the nature of our products, this position will involve regular manual handling and heavy lifting (weights of up to 25kg).
