We are looking for a Team Manager to join our flagship M&S site in Bradford. You’ll be responsible for delivering operational excellence in efficiency, quality and cost for your area and team, through the development of people, processes, facilities and deployment of best practices.

This is a full time, permanent position, where you’ll be working on an 'any 5 from 7' shift pattern. The hours of work will rotate weekly between 06:00 till 14:00 and 14:00 till 22:00.

You’ll be paid a salary of up to £34,000 per annum. What you’ll do on a typical day:
  • Take full responsibility for the day to day running of the warehouse in your area, you’ll lead, motivate and develop your team to achieve challenging targets
  • You’ll ensure resource planning is effectively carried out to optimise resource and efficiencies
  • With good understanding of Health & Safety you’ll strive to make sure all operational processes are fully compliant with our policies, while accurately identifying risks and escalating your findings
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders to fully understand our customer and company requirements, incorporating them into all planning and reporting tools, activities and projects
