A leading meal kit company in Warrington is seeking a Warehouse Team Leader to oversee operations and ensure compliance with procedures. The role requires leadership experience, excellent organizational skills, and a focus on health and safety. Shift: Nights, 6pm-6am, 4 on 4 off - Due to the shift rotation you will need to be available to work across every day of the week if relevant, i.e. 4 on 4 off.

Our Warehouse team are responsible for ensuring the inbound and outbound operations of Gousto are continuously moving, ensuring that all ingredients are where they need to be for the production team to ensure we meet customer demand.
As a Warehouse Team Leader you will be responsible for overseeing a team, ensuring procedures are being followed, and role‑modeling our Gousto Ownership Principles. You will be responsible for supporting the delivery of operational Key Performance Indicators including On time in full, Good Manufacturing Practices and quality standards.
