A leading online retailer in the UK is looking for a Warehouse Team Leader for their night shift in Cross Green. In this role, you will support the Night Shift Supervisor, lead a diverse team, and ensure safe operations. Key responsibilities include managing tasks and promoting health and safety. The role offers a competitive salary of £13.07 per hour along with various benefits such as holiday and pension contributions.

Our Night Shift Team Leaders work closely with our Night Shift Supervisor and the Warehouse team to ensure that the night operation always runs effectively and that the team achieves the objectives and KPIs set out by the business. You will provide support to ensure that our appliances are handled with care and vehicles are unloaded and loaded on time, both efficiently and safely.
