Qualifications

  • Experience as a Warehouse Team Leader or similar.
  • Proven experience in leading a team of 10+ warehouse staff.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers.
  • Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports and logs for the team/site.
  • Managing approximately 10 staff members including Warehouse staff and VNA/FLT Drivers.

Overview

Warehouse Team Leader roles available in Kettering (NN14 1UB) working Monday to Friday for a global digital solutions company on a long term basis with potential to go permanent!

As Warehouse Team Leader you will be working Monday to Friday with fantastic benefits, career progression as well as free onsite parking and good public transport links including a bus stop just three minutes’ walk away!

Shifts & Pay
  • AM: 6am-3pm (0600-1500) - £14.55 per hour
  • PM: 1pm-10pm (1300-2200) - £16.43 per hour
Responsibilities
  • Ensure prompt and accurate completion of all service requests by customers.
  • Complete and maintain all daily and weekly reports and logs for the team/site.
  • Support the supervisory team in the recruitment of suitable high calibre, and customer service focused staff.
  • Managing approximately 10 staff members including Warehouse staff and VNA/FLT Drivers
Qualifications
  • Excellent IT skills with intermediate knowledge using MS Office applications
  • Experience of working as Warehouse Team Leader or similar
  • Proven experience in leading a team of 10+ warehouse staff
  • Good First Aid knowledge as well as fire and safety as you will be a key holder opening and closing the site
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated problem solving skills and experience
