Thursday - Saturday

Hours

Thursday 07:00am – 19:00pm / Friday 07:00am – 18:30pm / Saturday 07:00am – 15:30pm

Salary

£22,811.93 per annum

What you’ll be doing

• Lead and inspire a dedicated warehouse team, driving performance and fostering a positive, results-oriented culture.
• Collaborate closely with Warehouse Management to ensure targets are met and exceeded night after night.
• Serve as the go-to expert for Warehouse Operatives, offering guidance and support to maintain a smooth, efficient workflow.
• Identify and solve operational challenges quickly, escalating when necessary to keep the team on track.
• Champion high-quality standards and ensure compliance with health and safety protocols.
• Deliver effective training that equips team members with the skills and confidence to excel.
