About the role

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you’ll oversee the smooth day-to-day running of our warehouse operations. You’ll lead the warehouse crew, manage racking setups, control inventory accuracy, and ensure parts are picked, packed, and dispatched with precision. Your leadership will maintain a safe, organised, and efficient warehouse environment.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in warehousing or logistics, ideally in a supervisory role.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate and support a team.
• Experience managing racking setups, stock allocation, and inventory systems.
• Ability to conduct and oversee warehouse stocktakes.
• Solid organisation and time‑management skills.
• Valid C Class Driver’s Licence (manual advantageous).
• Australian working rights.
• National Police Clearance or willingness to obtain.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and support warehouse staff day‑to‑day.
• Manage warehouse racking setup and storage layout.
• Oversee stocktaking, inventory accuracy, and data entry into inventory systems.
• Allocate storage locations and maintain clear stock organisation.
• Assign tasks and manage workflow for the warehouse team.
• Coordinate with dispatch and purchasing to pick parts and prepare them for dispatch.
• Complete stocktakes as required.
