We are looking for a Warehouse Supervisor, based at our Distribution Centre, Walker Park in Blackburn.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the efficient performance of all operational activities to deliver high standards.
• Ensure adherence to health and safety requirements.
• Achieve specified KPIs.
• Support the Shift Managers in daily operational tasks.
• Support a positive and value-driven culture.
• Ensure the shift is fully compliant with all work instructions.
• Manage, coach, and develop a team of operatives.

• Credible supervisor with previous experience.
