Job Description

Pertemps Swindon are currently recruiting for Warehouse Operatives to join a busy client, based in Thatcham.

Day and Night Shift positions available!

Day Shift

• Monday to Friday: £12.73 ph / Overtime £13.25 ph
• Weekends: £13.82 ph / Overtime £14.95 ph

Night Shift

• Monday to Friday: £13.82 ph / Overtime £14.95 ph
• Weekends: £14.94 ph / Overtime £16.08 ph

Responsibilities

• Picking food products using a top voice pick system for a well-known supermarket
• Working in a chilled and ambient environment
• Breaking down and allocating goods
• Achieving targets and job standards set out by the shift manager
• Other duties which may include heavy lifting

Qualifications

• Previous experience working in a warehouse environment is an advantage, but not essential as full training will be provided
• Must have good attention to detail
• Must have a positive attitude and be extremely reliable and flexible
• Ability to work under pressure, and to meet deadlines
• Punctual with excellent timekeeping and attendance

Additional Information

• Overtime paid after 40 hours per week.
• Xmas Bonus rate enhancements, potential extra £800 earnings in December on top of pay rates.
• Day Shift 10:00 - (Finish time can vary between 15:00-18:00)
• Night Shift 18:00 - (Finish time can vary between 23:00 - 02:00)
