Warehouse Operative - Picker Packer

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative for our client, which deals with sorting clothing and home items that are ready to be transported to our well-known clients' stores.

Staffline is recruiting Warehouse Operatives in Bradford.

The pay rate is:

• First 12 weeks:
• Mornings 8 hours - £ per hour
• Afternoons 8 hours - £ per hour
• Nights 8 hours - £ per hour
• After 12 weeks:
• Mornings 8 hours - £ per hour
• Afternoons 8 hours - £ per hour
• Nights 8 hours - £ per hour

Overtime rates vary shift by shift and can be discussed during the interview stage.

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts. Different patterns can include Sunday-Thursday, Tuesday-Saturday, and Friday-Monday. The hours of work are:

• Mornings, 6am to 2pm
• Afternoons, 2pm to 10pm
• Nights, 10pm to 6am

Your duties as a Warehouse Operative include:

• Picking/Packing
• Moving items
• Handballing of items

Our ideal candidate will be physically fit due to repetitive lifting and being on their feet for long durations. Attention to detail, reliability, and punctuality are essential. Experience in a similar role is desirable but not required, as full training is provided.
