Job description

GI are recruiting for Warehouse Operatives / Order Pickers for a company in Atherstone.

Hours

Start times: 2pm or 7pm (average 8‑9 hours per shift). Working 5 on / 3 off.

Pay Rate

• £13.10 for any hours worked before 10pm
• £16.38 for any hours worked after 10pm
• After 12 weeks: £14.56 for any hours worked before 10pm
• After 12 weeks: £18.20 for any hours worked after 10pm

Job Duties

• Order picking using voice headset – training provided
• Operating LLOP (Low‑Level Order Picker) – training provided
• Stacking goods onto pallets
• Pallet wrapping
• Quality checking goods
• Delivering to despatch
• Loading and unloading – training provided

• This job will be on a fixed‑term contract until March 2027 when the company is looking at relocating to Coalville
