Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and reliable permanent Warehouse Operative to join our client's busy team in Billingshurst.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Receiving goods, checking against purchase orders, and recording discrepancies
• Loading and unloading delivery vehicles safely
• Storing and rotating stock correctly using warehouse management system
• Conducting stock checks, cycle counts, and assisting with inventory management
• Operating warehouse equipment, including forklifts
• Preparing dispatch documentation and labelling
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised warehouse environment
• Supporting new processes, continuous improvement initiatives, and providing cover for other warehouse functions as required

What We’re Looking For

• Basic numeracy and literacy skills
• Previous warehouse experience (minimum 1 year)
• Experience of picking and packing operations
• Understanding of health and safety requirements in warehouses
• Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
• Valid Reach Forklift Licence
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence

Working Hours

Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM (with 1‑hour lunch break). Flexibility may be required during busy periods.
