Job description

Great opportunity to work as a Warehouse Operative at our client's busy site in Northampton.

The rate of pay is:

• Pre Parity AM £14.30 per hour
• Post Parity AM £15.11 per hour

Overtime is available and is paid at:

• Pre Parity £21.82 - £24.31 per hour
• Post Parity £23.87 - £25.60 per hour

This is a full-time role working fixed shifts, any 5 days out of 7, and the hours of work are:

• 6am to 2pm

Your Time at Work

The responsibilities of a Freezer Warehouse Operative include:

• Picking and packing frozen food using LLOP, electric trucks and Talkman
• Working to meet customer performance standards
• Adhering to health and safety policies and procedures
• Performing other general warehouse duties as required

Our Perfect Worker

Our ideal Freezer Warehouse Operative has a flexible approach to working hours, as weekend work is essential.

Previous experience working in a warehouse/production environment is preferred, however, this is not essential as initial and ongoing training will be provided.

Punctuality, basic numeracy and a communicative level of English are essential for this role.
