A dynamic logistics company in Uttoxeter is looking for motivated Warehouse Operatives to join their fast-paced distribution centre. Responsibilities include picking and packing goods accurately, operating warehouse equipment, and maintaining a safe work environment. What You'll Be Doing:

• Picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and efficiently
• Loading and unloading deliveries using manual handling techniques
• Operating warehouse equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment
• Supporting inventory control and stock checks
• Working collaboratively with team members and supervisors

What We're Looking For:

• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is desirable but not essential
• A strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
• Good communication skills and a team-player attitude
• Flexibility to work various shifts and overtime when required

Hours of work:
