Iron Mountain\'s Warehousing and Logistics, 3PL (Third-Party Logistics) business unit provides comprehensive storage, distribution, and supply chain management solutions. The Role

We are looking for an experienced and reliable VNA (Very Narrow Aisle), Reach Truck or PPT (Powered Pallet Truck) Drivers to join our Warehousing and Logistics team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient movement of goods within our warehouse, contributing to the high standards our clients expect from Iron Mountain.

This role operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, working 6:00 PM to 6:00 AM during the day.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operating MHE safely and efficiently to handle and store goods.
  • Moving and stacking pallets within narrow aisles to maximise storage capacity.
  • Conducting daily checks and basic maintenance of equipment to ensure it remains in good working condition.
  • Picking and packing orders according to client requirements.
  • Assisting with general warehouse tasks, including stock counts and inventory management.
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to meet operational targets and deadlines.
What We’re Looking For
  • A valid MHE licence and proven experience operating MHE equipment.
  • Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • A strong understanding of health and safety practices within a warehouse setting.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on accuracy.
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required.
  • Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends, as needed.
