ABOUT THE ROLE

M-Sport UK is a world-leading motorsport business, competing at the highest levels of rally, circuit racing and beyond. Our success is built on a dedicated team of skilled individuals, working together to deliver championship-winning performance.

We are now looking to recruit a Warehouse Operative to join our growing warehouse team. This role plays a key part in the smooth running of our operations, ensuring that stock is managed efficiently and delivered to the right place at the right time.

The role and responsibilities include:

• Pick, pack, and prepare parts and components for internal departments and external customers.

• Maintain accurate records within our stock control system.

• Ensure goods are stored correctly and safely in line with company standards.

• Support regular stock counts and assist with inventory accuracy.

• Maintain high housekeeping standards by ensure the work area is kept clean and tidy.

WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR

We’re looking for a self-motivated team player with a positive and enthusiastic attitude. The ideal candidate will be:

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail.

• Skilled in multitasking and prioritising workloads under pressure.

• Computer literate with strong MS Office skills and experience using stock control systems.

• A confident communicator who builds trust-based relationships with colleagues.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in a similar stores or warehouse environment.

• A current forklift licence would be beneficial.
