We’re seeking an experienced Night Warehouse Operations Manager to join our team in Thatcham. In this role, you’ll take ownership of night operations within our busy distribution centre, ensuring smooth, efficient, and cost-effective performance. You’ll lead warehouse functions across all shifts, driving operational excellence to meet customer requirements while supporting Gist’s wider network objectives. Experience in warehouse management within the FMCG sector is highly desirable.

Salary: Up to £52,000 plus nightshift allowance of £6,000 per annum
Hours: 37.5Per Week
Working Pattern: Nights - Any 5 from 7
