At InPost Newstrade we have an opening for an experienced Warehouse Operations Manager to come and join our team in Maidstone. Location: Unit C, Larkfield Industrial Estate, New Hythe Lane, Aylesford ME20 6SW
Shift Pattern: Tuesday - Saturday
Hours: Tuesday - Friday 07:00am - 16:15pm / Saturday 07:30am - 14:15pm
Salary: £38,000 - £40,000 depending on experience
You will be responsible for maximising the performance of the operations by directing the daily, weekly and monthly activities, providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements. Ability to manage remote teams where necessary and dealing with customers on a daily basis.
