Warehouse Manager – Portishead | Up to GBP50,000 DOE + Benefits | Full-time, Permanent

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse Manager to take responsibility for inventory accuracy, system integrity, and warehouse administration within a busy fulfilment centre.

While technical experience with warehouse systems and stock control is important, we are especially keen to hear from applicants with proven leadership ability. If you are someone who enjoys bringing out the best in others, building strong teams, and leading by example, this could be the role for you.

The Role

• Lead, coach, and develop the Inventory & Administration team, ensuring clear roles and performance expectations.
• Foster a positive, collaborative culture across the fulfilment centre leadership team.
• Act as the functional owner of the Warehouse Management System (WMS), supporting users and optimising processes.
• Ensure accurate stock management and smooth warehouse administration.
• Collaborate with operations, supply chain, and customer service teams to support business goals.
• Produce reports and analysis to support decision-making and continuous improvement.

The Person

• Strong leadership skills able to inspire, coach, and develop teams.
• Confident working with peers to drive collaboration and cultural alignment.
• Experience of inventory management and/or warehouse system administration.
• Organised, proactive, and detail-focused, with a problem-solving mindset.
• Comfortable working across functions such as operations, supply chain, and IT.
• Adaptable and resilient, with a positive approach to change.
