👷🏻♂️ Warehouse IKEA Alexandra Supervisor - Training Provided (4–5 Days/Week)

Need to go through 3 days training. Before training $10.50/hr; after training $11/hr.

Responsibilities
  • Support warehousing duties and ensure smooth operational flow.
  • Perform quantity and quality checks on items before packing into boxes.
  • Perform labeling of items and boxes.
  • Perform packing and placing parcel to desired code cages.
  • Assist in managing warehouse management systems.
  • Assist in housekeeping to ensure workplace safety.
  • Additional ad‑hoc duties.
Requirements & Guidelines
  • Must be able to carry heavy loads (up to 25 kg) and stand for long hours.
  • Experienced working in a warehouse environment preferred.
  • Committed to the work and have a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Available to start work immediately.

Attendance & Job Completion
  • Latecomers may be rejected for the day’s job and sent back.
  • Early release is allowed only with valid reasons (medical certificate must be provided if unwell, and the site supervisor must be informed).
  • All shifts must complete at least 80% of the stipulated job time to be eligible for payment.
  • Job check‑out timing will be rounded down to the nearest 15‑minute block.
  • Overtime must be approved by the supervisor and will be calculated on a 30‑minute basis. If the overtime is less than 30 minutes, the freelancer will not be paid for that time in the current shift, but may offset it in the next shift (by starting later or leaving earlier) if approved by GoGoVan.
  • New attendees who cancel last‑minute, no‑show, or provide medical certificate less than 5 hours before a job will be banned from GoGoVan. Regular freelancers who cancel last‑minute, no‑show, or provide medical certificate less than 5 hours before a job will have their next job canceled and/or receive lower priority for future jobs.
  • Photography inside the warehouse is strictly prohibited (except for recording your own check‑in/out details on the computer screen as proof of attendance).
  • No smoking in non‑designated areas.
  • In the event any Freelancer damages onsite items or equipment belonging to the Hirer or EL Connect, the Freelancer will be fully liable for the damages.
General Info
  • Bring physical NRIC.
  • Jobs are open to candidates aged 16 and above.
  • Arrive at least 15 minutes before job start time to queue for check‑in.
  • Contact the IC directly for attendance via WhatsApp.
  • WhatsApp ‘ELC Support Team 6802 9119’ and send an image of your surroundings to help locate you faster (e.g., mall entrance, guard house, HDB block no., etc.).
  • DO NOT turn up until you receive the EL Connect app and email notification.
Part‑Timer Liability Acknowledgement
  • All Freelancers must sign a Part‑Timer Liability Acknowledgement form on their first day of work. This form outlines the Freelancer’s responsibilities and liabilities related to job scope, conduct, and any damages incurred.
  • If a Freelancer does not agree to or refuses to sign the Liability Acknowledgement, they will not be allowed to proceed with the job or work assignment.
