Overview

Pertemps are looking for a full time temporary to permanent warehouse operative to join their busy and successful team based in the lovely Shropshire countryside in Much Wenlock.

Responsibilities

• Drive the FLT taking the completed pallets from production to the warehouse for wrapping, stacking and despatch.
• Quality check the items with the correct paperwork once they have been taken to the warehouse.
• Return to the production area to transfer more goods to the warehouse on regular occasions.
• Part of stock rotation, stock takes, daily checks on health & safety which include FLT checks, racking and alarm check.
• Inspect that the correct orders have been processed and wrapped, reporting any damages.

Qualifications

• FLT Licence.
• Good warehouse experience.
• Ability to stock check and collate all relevant paperwork.
• Driven to progress to a supervisor role.
• Happy to work in a dusty environment.
• Organised.
• Flexible.
• Able to think on own feet.

Hours & Salary

Hours Mon‑Fri 7‑4 pm (current may revert back to 8‑5 pm). Salary £13.10 per hour.
