Shift patterns: 40 hours Monday - Friday flexible day shift 7am - 3pm / 8am - 4pm / 9am - 5pm

Location: Doncaster - DN8 4HT

We\'re now looking for a Warehouse First Line Manager within the Ecommerce department to lead and support a team of operatives, ensuring daily targets are met and high standards of accuracy, safety and service are maintained.

WHAT YOU\'LL DO
  • Managing a team within the Ecommerce department in the warehouse
  • To directly assist Management by reporting on and monitoring the effectiveness of all warehousing activities and performance
  • To supervision, implement and coordinate productivity by communicating job expectations to direct line reports, ensuring that all deadlines are safely met within allocated time frames, whilst always maintaining standards of excellence
  • Supporting shop floor team to deliver their results following the set standards
  • Coordinate and support the team to follow Safety Standards and to help reduce or eliminate health and safety related risks
THIS ROLE WOULD SUIT PEOPLE WHO
  • Experience of people management in a warehouse environment is essential, ideally within FMCG and Ecommerce
  • Automation knowledge would be desirable, but not essential
  • Computer literate with a practical knowledge of warehouse management systems
  • Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to supervise, organise and train direct reports
